The Engineering & Technology Educators of Indiana (E/TEI) is the professional organization for technology, innovation, design, and engineering educators in Indiana and is the state affiliate of the International Technology Education Association. E/TEI promotes technological and engineering literacy for all students by supporting the teaching of technology and promoting the professionalism of those engaged in this pursuit. E/TEI strengthens the profession and education in Indiana through leadership, professional development, membership services, resources, and classroom activities.
E/TEI seeks to meet the professional needs and interests of teachers and students as well as to improve the public understanding of technology, innovation, design, and engineering education in Indiana. Members of E/TEI include teachers, administrators, and university personnel. E/TEI additionally sponsors honors and awards that recognizes outstanding teachers and from programs are affiliated with the Association.
